Refund & Return Policy At Dermatique India, we are committed to delivering high-quality skincare and wellness products. If you’re not satisfied due to certain issues, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds Are Applicable Only In the Following Cases:
- You received the wrong product
- You received a damaged product
- You received an expired product
If your order falls under the cases mentioned above, please initiate a return or refund request within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at support@dermatiqueindia.com with your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable).
Note: Return/refund requests will not be accepted after 7 days from delivery.
Once we receive your request, please allow us 48 hours to review and respond.
If your request is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged by our courier partner.
After the returned product reaches our facility and is inspected, we will initiate your refund or replacement within 24 hours, if the issue is verified.
- Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
- Damaged or defective products will be delivered within 7 days of approval.
- Replacement time for any product is 7 to 10 days from the date of approval.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is found to be used or tampered with. For any further assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team. We’re always happy to help!
